Jordan Michael Goodman, 30, of Dimock, PA, passed away during his battle with addiction, and those searching for recovery gained a new angel for their fight. Jordan was born December 28, 1989 in Cape Canaveral, Florida, and was raised in Dimock, Pennsylvania. He was a self-made rap artist JGood @ StuDiOBoyZ but did side work in construction.
Jordan was an entertainer, hard worker, athlete, and everyone’s best friend. He could play any sport and immediately excel, but his favorites were baseball and basketball. He was charismatic and persuasive, able to convince anyone of anything. His laugh was contagious, and he could make any room brighter. Jordan had an exceptional ability in stonework, able to turn simple stones into beautiful masterpieces located throughout the county. He loved to learn and grow, always searching for new ways to improve himself and people around him.
Jordan is survived by his parents Jacqueline and Robert Hunter, father Jon Goodman, stepfather Rory Newhart, stepmother Jeanette Goodman; siblings Jasmine Goodman, Cassandra Hunter, Alicia Hunter, brother-in-law to be Eric Kelly, Jared, Jacob, and Joshua Goodman. He is also survived by his nephews Lucas Watkins and Timothy Kelly, and niece Virginia Kelly; grandparents Lurene VanNess, William Tripp, and Ruth MacDonald, and by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services will be held privately for family and friends at Daniel K. Regan Funeral Home. There will be a Celebration of Life held at his childhood home Saturday, July 11th from 12pm-4pm. In lieu of flowers, charitable donations can be made to Jordan Michael Goodman Road to Recovery Foundation. His family and friends would like to thank you for all your thoughts, prayers, and well-wishes.

My deepest condolences to your family. Jordan was not only my partner in work but an amazing friend. I loved him as my own brother. We had so many fun times and created so many great memories together. He was a skilled carpenter that was always eager to learn more. He pushed himself to be great at everything he did. I know he will always live on in my heart and look after all of us that are here still on earth. Until we meet again my friend in God's Kingdom.

My prayers are with you. I didn't know you personally but I have friends that did. Addiction isn't easy, I suffered from alcoholisim which took me to many dark places. I will think of you from now on as a angel. I pray that other sick and suffering addicts learn from your experience. Prayers to your family Jordan..
