I am very sad to hear of Pete's passing. I had the pleasure of working with Pete for a number of years in the Thornburgh Administration. He was a joy to work with -- smart and funny; politically savvy but committed to making government help people. We need more people like him. My deepest sympathy and condolences to Judy. Harold
