Joe such a great guy to work with, we spend 20+ yrs together at Windsor. He loved his family so much and talked about them all the time. My Condolences and Prayers are with his Family and Friends.

Joe was a dear friend who i have known for many years. He was very proud of his Basque heritage and i remember well all of our years working together and playing golf together on the weekends. Joe was well loved by me and will be missed, hopefully Joe will get in a few rounds of golf with ST. Peter, love you my brother. Dennis Ruff
