Jose Cesar Maldonado, also known as Pachuco passed away on June 28, 2021, at the age of 79. He was born on September 18, 1941, to Pedro and Anita Maldonado.
In his early years Jose was a barber in Encinal and later ran a gas station (Exxon/Tire
Shop) there as well. He was a volunteer with the Encinal Fire Department and was later elected as the Constable of Precinct 2 from 2001 to 2009.
Mr. Maldonado is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ramon Maldonado, Francisco Maldonado, Pedro Maldonado, Oscar Maldonado, Alejandro Maldonado, Raul Maldonado, Macario Maldonado and his sister, Aurelia M. Garcia.
Mr. Maldonado is survived by his brother, Armando (Chris) Maldonado of Jacksonville, TX. and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 2, 2021, at Peters Funeral Home from 9:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. Interment will follow at the Encinal Cemetery.
