Not sure what to say?

I was on the Bibb when Jose was on the Hamilton. We were in the Carribean at the same time in a cadet cruise in 1980. Later I worked with him when he was at CGD1. He was great I´d humored always and easy to work with. They don´t make them like Jose anymore.

For those of us who knew Jessie well here in Boston and had served with him in the military will attest to his unique character. He is an epitome of a humble officer who never boast about his military successful career. So long my brother in arms "Fair Winds and Following Seas"
