Jose Alfonso Perez Jr. born on August 15, 1971 went to be with the Lord on September 22, 2015 at the age of 44. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Alfonso and Olga Anita Perez; sister, Yolanda Labanca. He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years Angelita Perez; daughter, Andrea Perez; sons, Jose Alfonso Perez III, and Jeremy Anthony Perez; sisters, RC Reyes, Diane Quintanilla, Irene Lopez, Mary Ann Kindle, and Grace Valdez; grandchildren, Sereena Perez, Evangeline Perez, Bethany Perez, and Jasiah Perez; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.


Jose was a strong and wise man with a free spirited heart. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends whether it would be gathering in a barbeque or being at the coast. He was an avid Spurs fan and would like to spend time fishing. He was a talented artisan in the field of commercial embroidery. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.



Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28, 2015 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM with the recitation of the Rosary 7:00 PM. Procession will depart Hillcrest on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at 9:30 AM for 10:00 AM Mass at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery III

I knew him as Alfonso, and he was always respectful and hearted.. he gave me a pink baseball cap with my business name on it without me ever asking him and I still have it and use it when I do caterings or cakes . Miss you my dear friend and Rest in Peace!
