Not sure what to say?

May You Rest In Peace He Was A Great Piper And A Great Friend.

It was a pleasure and an Honor to work with Jose’s. He was a Gentleman, and a excellent Fire Fighter. He excelled in everything He did.I considered Him a true Friend. May He Rest in Peace

I am so very sorry for the loss of this man. My condolences to the family. May god bless you all.

Jose Jr. and Eileen,
I am so sorry for the loss of your Dad and husbsnd. I will keep all of you in my prayers. I am happy to have known Jose in my lifetime, I have not seen him in years, but he was a very special young man, and I am sure he only became better as he grew into the husband and father he was. May he Rest in peace, and may your memories of him comfort you in the years to come. Godspeed Big Jose.

A kind and gentle man gone too soon. Into your hands we commend his spirit O Lord.

Gonna miss you Cuz so sorry best cousin ever RIP will never forget you

I met Jose while working at “The Telephone Company “ before he joined WFD. A kind soul always ready to give a helping hand. I lost a brother 15 years ago this week and Jose graciously played the bagpipes at his services. It touched our family deeply. To the Ramos and Quinn families, your despair is immeasurable but take solace knowing how many lives Jose touched. RIP brother.

Honored to have known you and work beside you for many many years. A beautiful person, you will surely be missed.. My deepest condolences

Jose became a Quinn over 40 years ago. He was another son to me, always ready to help any way he could.

I will miss our Monday nite suppers, and the conversations that followed. May God hold you in the palm
of his hand.
