I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Mr. Rios but I went to school with his daughter Maria Elena Rios beginning with Crozier Tech and then at Skyline. I am so sorry for the loss of your father. He knew all neighbors hood kid's and he was a great barber.
He also was a great person and had a lot to talk about. He always had a friendly smile always asked about the family.
