Office Jose Torres. will be missed. I for one wish to say to his wife KARA and his two Sons. That your Husband and Father helped me when I was Homeless and he took the time to stop and ask a stranger is she was ok and if I needed something to eat. That act of kindness meant so much to me , when I felt so alone after losing my Family and home.
