Joe Toscano, 48, of Los Angeles, CA passed away on Monday August 31, 2020. He was a special kind of person, always there when we needed him. The best kind of brother, uncle, son, and friend. He was blessed with a specialized talent like no other on this planet. He had a passion for Camaro’s and even more passionate for helping others. He was an example for us of real unconditional love. A giving person expecting nothing in return. He was funny, grumpy and set in his own way, but never let you down. He touched many with his smile and humor. He will be greatly missed. He leaves behind his mother, Isabel Toscano, 7 brothers, 3 sisters, many nieces & nephews, and friends.
You will be missed old friend.
