Jose was a giant of a man with a heart as big, filled with love for his family, beloved wife, Christine, and friends. One of our fondest memories of him was going to their home to celebrate his 75th birthday during a dinner in their yard, and his talented singing and playing the ukulele was immensely enjoyed.
