Growing up with mothers who were best friends, I got to know Joe as a child and young man. I was the only girl in the bunch as I have 2 brothers and Joe has a brother. He delighted in telling scary stories along with the other boys in order to get rid of me...lol. As a teen ager, I got the pleasure of hearing him play his guitar. My memories of him will always be of a loving, loyal and passionate person. My condolences to the entire family! Maria Armich-Miller

Dear Mrs. Lenoch and Rachel,
I am sorry about the loss of your dear husband and father. I saw the obituary today in the Trib. I hope that your memories will help you through this difficult time. I still remember Rachel as a second grader fondly. Wishing you future happiness.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Liz Cross
