Read MoreI apprenticed with Dieter and Josef in 1984/85 at L'Auberge. I always enjoyed being around these two. It was a Huge learning experience. Josef was virtually always upbeat, positive and funny. Dieter and Josh would dine together towards the end of the evening. Working there was like "One Big Family" I have very fond memories of those times with Dieter and Josef. Two very special people.
