I last saw Jose in the Spring of 2023. She was as sweet and soft-spoken as I had remembered her from our years of working together. I recently organized my curated-recipe book and came across one for her creamy Flan. She had brought it to a Potluck at work. It was the best I ever tasted. She was a dedicated employee and was very proud of her family. My condolences to Noli and family. she
