Not sure what to say?

I was Joe Abbott's F-105 leader (Tomahawk 3) when Joe (Tomahawk 4) was shot down by a Mig 21 on Apr 30 1967 while performing rescue cover (RESCAP) for Maj Leo Thorsness (Medal of Honor winner) and his back seater Capt Harry Johnson who were shot down short of the Red River about 20 nm west of Hanoi on ingress to the Hanoi Power Plant (TgT) outside of Hanoi. God bless your family. And please accept my sincere thank you and appreciation for your father´s service. I am Cathy Alcock Logan. I knew your family well when I was a child. My father is Lt Col Nolan Alcock and my mother is Glenna. My sister is Phyllis and my brother is Clark. My folks were good friends with your parents. With deepest sympathy, may you have comfort and peace during this time of great loss.

And Joan´s decision to complete the nursing degree, the study of which had been interrupted by her marriage to Joe, not wanting to be separated when Joes...
