Not sure what to say?

Thank you for your mentorship and guidance. May you never be forgotten and forever in our hearts.

Geometry & Mr Accordino , Fall 1961 was the highlight of my Sophomore year, because he was a great pleasant happy teacher. A few years later, Fall 1971 he actually hired me to teach 5th grade at Woodland Hills Elementary School at 93rd & Union. I was so proud of him having that job, but also happy that he hired me.

I would like to say that I am a student from the Cleveland school of the arts he was a wonderful teacher and a wonderful man always encouraging always cheering for us to be great love you Mr. A

My condolences to his family so sorry. I never had him as a math teacher but he was my wrestling coach in the mid-70s at Cleve south High. What a great coach. He will not be forgotten rest in peace.

The comments so many of you have written about the man you knew as Mr. Accordino, Coach Accordino and one that made me laugh, Coach Ack, described him well! Many friends and I knew him and his dearest wife Helene as Joe. Your recollections of him were ones that mirrored our own knowledge of Joe: giving and generous, great mentor, very decent man with a warmth you could sense immediately, great coach, great person, a good person, always there for you. That was Joe! Your kind and thoughtful...

Thank you for being 1 of the best guidance counselors around... Rest Peacefully!
