Joe gave his hard work, commitment to doing what's right, good stories and, yes, some interesting arguments to NELAP and TNI. He put in many, many volunteer hours. I have many good memories of you and Joe at conferences throughout the years and am saddened by his loss. My condolences.

I called him your 007 because of his cell phone number and Joe would laugh every time and you would answer his call with a smile . I could hear in Joe's voice how he loved you and his family .
