What an awesome man. The Only good thing about going down to the old courthouse to pay my speeding tickets back in the late 70's-80's was too see Mr Ambrose, and get his polite lectures. I am sorry for your loss, but it was Heaven's gain. My condolences to a Great family.

Joseph Ambrose was an exceptional man in every way. Born in Hawaii, he overcame incredible challenges resulting from losing his Mom and Dad by the time he 5. The children were split up and Joseph was sent to an orphanage. For several years, his older brother and sister worked hard to get enough money to buy a small house so they could give Joseph a real home. They did just that and Joe was so appreciative he worked every day shining shoes and mowing yards to help pay for the house. While...
