Dad, I never thought I would have to say goodbye this soon. I love you so,so very much and I will miss you every day for the rest of my life. You were not only the best father to me but the best Puppie to Nicky and Jake and they will miss you tremendously. I am so happy that you are in heaven with your mother and your family. Someday we will be together again but until then you will always be in my heart and there will never be a day that goes by that I don't miss my daddy. I will love you...

Uncle Joe,
It is with a heavy heart that I say good-bye, even though I know your up there having a great family reunion with my dad and the rest of your brothers and sisters. I will treasure all the good memories and still get many good laughs over alot of your crazy antics.
Your Loving Niece,
Susan Amendola Rico

OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH ALL OF THE AMENDOLA FAMILY. WE ARE SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS.

Dear Mary, Donna, Joey, Debbie, Jimmy, AnnMarie and Joanne.
There aren't words to express my heartfelt sympathy. Joe was a great next door neighbor for more than 40 years. He had the best decorated house at Christmas. What a lot of work (and love) he put into that. I enjoyed our conversations over the years and will miss him. He is at peace now, watching over you with his love.

To Jimmy Amendola:
Duane and I were so sorry to read the paper today and learn of your father's passing. We know how very close you all were and that he will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with you and your family.

Your friends,
Maurine and Duane

To all the Amendolas: Every time I think of Uncle Joe, I always have a smile on my face - I especially remember how Joe and all of you never hesitated to make my mother, Helen, and us girls, a welcome part of your family. Uncle Joe-please check in with Grandma and Slim for us; we miss you all.

Love from Helen, Karen and Janet

Dear Puppie,
Puppie i just want to tell you how fortunate i am to have known you all this time as my grandfather. You brought alot of joy and laughter to all of our lives especially nana and your children. As hard as it is to say goodbye we now know that you are in a better place looking out for each and everyone of us. Its hard to believe your not going to be around the house with us anymore, but we are all here with nana. I love you very much and will always miss you!
Love Andrew

To the Amendola Family So sorry to hear about your father Joe, I saw a lot of him when I worked in Brookline. Always a smile and a joke. A little of Brookline history will be missed.
