Not sure what to say?

My uncle Joe, my father's brother, was a role model for me as to how to live life. He exemplified the Cianciulli and Simonelli love. He told me many, many times how "grateful" and "content" he was with life. I will miss my phone calls with him and how he always conveyed his pride and love. We are all grateful that we were blessed to have him with us for so many years.

I was blessed to have met him in the grocery store where we had a delightful conversation. At the end he shared his card about his art studio. I have looked at this card a number of times since then and thought of him and the wonderful encounter. He brought a smile to my face and my heart that day; it repeated each time I looked at his card and thought back to that time. I am sorry for the family´s loss but grateful that such a beautiful person existed and graced this world.

We miss you Joe but we will see you again! And it might be very soon since Jesus is on His way back! Thank you to have been an example of loving and caring for others. We love you. Catherine, Maxime and Koray.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear friend Joe - a man whose presence was like a father´s embrace to so many of us. Joe had a way of nurturing those around him. Whether he was cooking unforgettable meals like his signature spaghetti with meatballs or his delicious ciambotta, or playing beautiful melodies on the piano, he filled our hearts and souls with joy. His infectious laugh and kind heart made everyone feel seen, loved, and valued. He was a true artist in every sense: his...

To know Joe Andrew is to love him. Joe did not 'like' anything, he LOVED it! Enthusiasm for learning, painting, playing music, riding his red mower, and collecting friends made him a model for making the most of Life. Since he stood in line for the Lobster Dinner at the 2009 Lobster Festival in Winter Harbor, Joe has been the warmest sunshine and most cheerful, positive, encouraging being of our lives. He visited our home there that very afternoon and has welcomed us to The Farm over the...

oh I am so sorry to read this. I met Joe years ago when he came to Brooks Brothers in Freeport - I was working there at the time and he loved coming in to shop, meet the staff, even greet other customers! I visited him in Harpswell, met some of his family and occasionally saw him in Freeport or Harpswell. My condolences to Nancy and all the family.. he was such a gentle, kind man.
