Not sure what to say?

Joe was a great person he was always nice to everyone.

I just found out about Joe's passing yesterday. I have been out of touch with him since he came home from Vietnam.
I went to St Joe's with him. I was two years ahead of him. We ran track together and we grew up in the same neighborhood. I used to go over to his house on occassions. We belonged to the Columbian Squires together ( a youth group that was attached to the Knights of Columbus). Joe was a good friend and even though I haven't seen him in years his loss is greatly...

My name is Joe Moravec. I was in the same basic training company with Joe at Fort Cambell Ky. from January to March 1969.

After basic we had to go seperate ways, he went to Fort Pope and I went to Fort Bliss Tx. for advanced training.
I returned home on leave and got married on May 24th 1969. Joe showed up at our reception that evening. I was honored. Again after a short leave he went to Vietnam and I Chicago for Nike Site duty. I did get a few letters from Joe and sent some....

i was shocked and saddened to hear of joe's passing. he and i were classmates at st. joe's. about six years after graduation i was having trouble recovering a stolen VA check. i had called the veterans administration many times and had gotten nowhere. on one of my last calls i finally asked the VA rep for his name so i could continue to follow up. he said his name was joe andry but many people answered the phones. i said "are you the joe andry who went to st. joe's?" he said he was and...

Our condolences to Julie and all of the Andry family. Being the son of Joe Kramer, Joe's uncle, I can remember going over to the house and playing with Dana and Michael; watching the Jets beat the Colts; and most importantly - I remember the determination in his eyes and the compassion he had for his fellow man when I saw him at Rita Kramer's graduation party in 1970. Joe was there with a fellow vet from Vietnam, who was a double leg amputee at the hip area. Uncle Bill ( White Rhino ) just...

Joe's office was in the rear of the OBES building on 31st and Chester in Cleveland. We knew that dank space wouldn't hold him. He was too great, too good, and too much of an advocate for all veterans. It is because of Joe that I learned to honor and appreciate our country's protectors. We talked often of the sacrifices that were made, not only by him, but by all who served. Even though it has been so long since we've heard from one another, I have thought of him often and all the time he,...

I was very sorry to hear of Joe's passing.
I worked with Joe during his OBES time. Veteran's of Ohio were well served through his many activities. Few people gave as much and took as little as Joe did. With my deepest sympathy. Rick Matzinger OBES 1977-2001
