Not sure what to say?

I think of Dr. Anzalone every year at least and thought I would check on his DOD. I was in my late 20's when I started seeing him for checkups. My pap smear came back positive and he did surgery for me, the cancer has never come back and I am 80 now. He told me I would be incontinent later in life because I had a Hx of delivering 10 lb. babies, so I often think off him when I am dealing with that issue. I saw his wife's obit today and send my prayers and blessings for his surviving family...

Joe Anzalone is honored each spring by a scholarship given by Omega Nu, chapter of Santa Cruz, to a first year pre-med student graduating from a Santa Cruz county high school. This scholarship is in recognition of Joe's many years of serving his community with talent and heart. I just found out today about Dr. Anzalones passing. He was a wonderful doctor and human being. He delivered my two boys who are now 43 and 34. I will never forget this incredible man. He will be truly missed.

Prayers to the family and Lavonne. She shopped at my store and we always enjoyed each others company. Dr, delivered my youngest daughter and,, her father 21 years to the DAY. Not a planned event. Dr, was just on call that night, but never the less a great story. He was an amazing man with a heart of gold.... always watching over us.. Blessed.

I wish you peace.
This Dr. saved my family in so many ways. He took care of my Mom, sister and Myself, what a caring man he was selfless and a kind man. he explained everything to you in detail.
May the family know that he was truly blessed and that he will truly blessed all he touched and the people who he taught may they carry all he worked for, and into the future.
God bless you all.

Joseph Anzalone delivered both of my children. The first born might not have been here if it wasn't for Dr. Anzalone. He was a compassionate, professional who will always be thought of in the highest regard. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends.

I consider Joe Anzalone the most kind, generous and humble man I have ever known. Besides that he was my best and loyal partner in business and dear friend over the last 50 years.
Having a private service was a good idea as there is no facility large enough to hold all the people whose lives he has touched in positive ways in Santa Cruz.
He will always be remembered by his good deeds and caring love for so many young mothers and fathers in Santa Cruz County.
He was a special man who...
