Sorry to hear of Joe´s passing. I remember him from being his mailman in Bloomfield for many years. He would always come to greet me with his little dog in the morning and always ask me if I needed water on a hot summer day. Always had a smile on his face! Condolences to Stephanie and the family and may he rest in peace.
