I met joe, 4 years ago in St marie due mont, Normandy, they were on a veterans visit, the man is ans was a legend, god bless you, my heart goes out to your family.

I am a retired military french medical doctor. Christelle Zuccoloto has related to me all your very brave action during the WWII and specialy on the D.Day, and also your help to learn at her schoolboys and girls the fight of you, US soldiers for the liberty of our country. Joan, we feel Joe's absence across the street. We have always been proud to say he was our neighbor. We know you are proud of his contributions to the world and yours, too, as you raised your wonderful family together. We need more people like Joe; it is comforting to know, though, that he influenced those who knew him in such a positive way! We are here when you need anything, like maybe someone to walk that dog we hear barking! Just keep it in mind!
