God bless you Joey! Twenty years have passed and we still appreciate the commitment, the pride, the honor you carried with you as you helped in protecting our country. I will never forget you and all that you stood for. Fair winds and seas brother! God bless your family as they must be so proud of you. Keep a zero bubble!

RIP brother Submarine Sailor prayers for the family

On this, the anniversary of the incident, I have to say hello, brother. You are not forgotten. I may not have served on the same boat, but I know you to be a brother by the fish on your chest. Rest easy, we have the watch.

I never new Joseph but as a long time nuclear submarine sailor I can only offer my condolences to his family. I live in Russellville, Brown County, Ohio not far from Manchester. If there is anything that I can do to help just let me know.
