I serve on Cleona Borough Council and worked with Joe on several projects at the park. He was a great mechanic, and problem solver. My sister and brother-in-law lived on Mill street in Cleona a few doors down from Joe's house. I would stop by my sister's house, and I have fond memories of sharing a few beers with Joe on my sisters front porch as we tried to solve the borough's and the worlds problems! Joe was a great man, and he made the world a better place!
