Mr. Bahret was one of the most lovely men I have ever met. He brought so much joy every time he walked into the room. He will be missed dearly. Sending prayers and love to all his family and friends.

I only had the pleasure of knowing this man for a little over a year but I am better for it. Joe and I would chat several times a week. I was taken by his faith and love for his family. Joe had a keen sense of humor and a quick wit. The world was a better place because you were here. RIP Joe

I worked with Joe at Good Shepherd After School Care. Joe was instrumental in my annulment journey and thus my return to the church. He was such fun (loved his jokes) to work with and the students loved and respected him. I always looked for Joe at the many church functions he attended just to say hello and possible hear one of his jokes. He will be missed by many.

I first met Joseph working at Messiah Lifeways and needless to say I found a friend in Joe the short time I knew him. Every weekend when I saw him, he was always kind and had a warm greeting. He was always one to help someone out or had that witty humor that I came to enjoy. Being a Veteran myself, I think that drew me closer to Joe as he always knew the right things to say; he helped me stay motivated and strong during a tough time during the summer and I looked forward to my weekly visit...

Thank you for your successful life, Joseph Bahret. You´ve been an inspiration to me. The August 2022 edition of the Catholic Neighbors of Mechanicsburg magazine, with a picture of you and Marilyn on the cover, and a bit of your story inside, was undoubtedly that publications finest hour. Funny thing, I just learned of your passing when my wife stumbled on a copy of that issue and told me you passed on. Were you saying goodbye, Joe? I miss you already.
