Karin & I express our deepest sympathy. Joe was such a consummate gentleman, emphasis on "gentle". Everyone respected him including the tennis players at the Skating Club. We all used to enjoy a burger at the Academy after matches together. I subbed in the morning group at times with Kindred, Sullivan and Wally. Joe could always be heard quietly uttering a subtle
joke. If you weren't listening, you'd missed it. I've attached a photo of him and me at two
Pappas Tournaments.

Our sincere condolences to the family for your loss. Joe was intelligent, a family man, and overall a very caring person. Gail and I played tennis with Joe and we will miss our coffee and conversations that we had after our game.
