Memory of a friend and my Brother-in-law-Joe Balek.I have known you 49 years of my 70.You were my technical advisor in many areas andyour words of wisdom were "right on".It was a honor to know and be around you.and because of your love for the bay, I often compared you to"TheOld Man of the Sea"Your visits to our home always bought us happiness,you will be missed my friend,but never forgotten.You were one of a kind and you honored me by being a part of my life.
