I was just informed of Joe's passing. I worked with him at the fire dept. for 8 years and knew him to be a man of great character, a loving husband, and a very, very, dedicated father. Ricky just called us to let us know about Joe's passing. There are no words to express how much Joe has affected our family. We are so sorry to hear this news. We remember our fun times at Palm Harbor Elementary where Brittany and Stuart were in classes together. We also remember our fun times at Palm Harbor University High School's marching band competitions and football games. Please know our prayers are with you all.
