Dear Barbara, My deepest condolences to you and your family. I was saddened to hear of Joe's passing. He was so proud of all of you. He was such a gentelman and kind soul. He made me laugh many times with his quick wit. I have fond memories of spending time with him and Leo. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

As a child, my first memories were of the family reunion at your home. I was first introduced to tether ball. We had so much fun n!! That memory is as vivid as it was yesterday, even though it was 40 years ago. Dear Joe, your are and will always be the perfect role model for a warm and gentle man! With deepest sympathy, Eric Marsh

Barbara and family you are all in our thoughts and prayers. I was blessed to have met Joe. He was a kind and gentle man. He will remain in our hearts always. With heartfelt sympathy,
Peggy and John Sowek

My deepest condolences to Joe's family at this extremely trying time. Joe and I attended LaSalle and Siena together, and among the many things I remember about him was his finely-tuned sense of humor. He always seemed to come up with just the right little comedic barb, which would serve to put everything back into the right perspective. An invaluable skill for an accountant! After many, many years we met again at our 50th LaSalle Reunion . . and I'll miss him.

I have fond memories of Joe dating back to our years at LaSalle Institute and of our talks at various reunions over the years. He was a Super Guy and just a great wit. He will be missed.
Our prayers and thoughts are with the family.

I am so saddened to read of the loss of your beloved Joe. I was fortunate to be adopted by the remarkable cadre of friends who met for lunch at LaSerre for many years. I always enjoyed Joe's charm and good humor and found him to be one of the most genuinely nice people I have ever known. My sincere condolences on your loss....
