I loved my cousin Joe. He loved his girls and their kids, his brothers and sister. Joe was a momma's boy, the first born to Tia Helen. Joe had special talent with his hands and was a great mechanic and hair stylist. We grew up together and he was like my brother in the day. We worked together in Mendota, CA; and we crashed cars together in Tijuana. He will be missed. RIP cuz.
