I often saw Joe with his kids doing the sugaring or haying around town. He was such an active and upbeat person-I am sad to hear of his death- he will surely be missed by all-my thoughts go out to his family!

I lived down the road from the Bascoms until I was five and remember playing with "Joey" way back then. My sincere condolences to the entire Bascom family. Wishing you peace and strength in these difficult times.

I am so sorry for your loss. I didn't know him, but I do work with Kathy Leahy. Peace be with you all and we know that Joe is in a better place!

My sincere condolences to Joes' family. The miracle resulting from prayer allowed Joe and his family some very precious time together. My thoughts and prayers will be with you today. I was unable to get time off to attend.
