Joseph Baxter

Joe Baxter is my cousin. My parents are Maureen and Jack Quinn. I remember Joe telling us about his duties in Vietnam. My Grandchildren are researching Veterans in their family and I shared this obit with their mother. We are so proud to know him and miss his whole family Nora, Jimmy, Maureen too! Joe was a shining light in the Quinn family, the best of the best. There is quite a homecoming going on in heaven but he will be missed greatly. So sorry for your loss. You all are in our prayers.

Our thoughts, Terry's and mine, are with the family. Very sad to get this news. Joe was a classmate and childhood friend. We didn't see each other as adults until a recent class reunion. Joe was nice kid, peaceful, smart, generous and funny. Meeting again at our reunion so many decades later I could see he had not changed.
