Not sure what to say?

I met Joe at a get together in Covington by the Youth Group from the Catholic Charismatic Prayer Group. I believe it was December 15th, 1973 and the night I made my committee to our Lord Jesus Christ. Praise God!

I got close to Joe at Holy Cross in 11th grade as he sat right in front of me, as we both had a B last name. It was similar to two years earlier with Joe's cousin Jerry and I were brought together because of names. I got along very well with both and bragged about hanging around with the 'Beach boys'. I got to like Notre Dame football after Joe informed me it was the same order as our Holy Cross brothers. Plus the two fight songs music was the same and just a few changes in the...

So sorry to hear of Joe´s passing. He was a kind and gentle man. I only knew him from his time at St. AnthonyS , he will be missed, in a better place with our Lord.

I was a friend of Joe's years ago when he was Pulmonary Tech at Jo Ellen Smith Mem. Hospital., and years before at Holy Cross. Joe was always the nicest of guys. He always had time for me as a salesman and friend. Our lives went in different directions, but I will always remember him as the nice guy he was. My sincerest condolences to his family.

I remember Joe from St. Catherine. He was a really good guy. Many fond memories. My condolences to his entire family.

Our deepest sympathies to the family in this difficult time. We´ve always known Joe to be kind, considerate, humble - and one who was generous with his time and talents. May he Rest In Peace.

Little Joe was our next door neighbor for over 50 years. He was the kindest, most selfless person I've ever met. He took wonderful care of his sweet parents. Our dog would listen for his car and demand for him to play with her as soon as he arrived home. My son, Mac, and I want to offer our deepest sympathy to his family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

To Peggy,Pete, Marie and all of Joe's nieces and nephews: Please accept the sincere thoughts and prayers of the entire Sanborn Family upon this sad occasion. Joe was a very fine fellow and he will be missed. Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord and let perpetual Light shine upon him.
