His smile will always be in your heart. Condolences

Rest in peace Joe! You were one of the very best managers I have ever worked for.

To the Becker family I am so sorry for your loss.

I worked for Joe in 1979 and 1980 and he was and forever will be the finest person I ever worked directly for.

He had the perfect knack of showing a quite confidence in his life and himself and making you feel as though you were an important part as well. He gave me great guidance which I used many times in later years. We parted ways and I lost touch, which saddens me today.

He will always be in my heart. Morris.

We are so sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of sorrow. Our Deepest Sympathy, Universal Nutrients LLC

Joyce and the Becker family, my deepest sympathy on your loss. Many great times and memories with Joe, will miss him.

So sad to learn of Joe's passing. Words seem inadequate to express the feeling of the heart. My condolences to the Becker family
My prayers are with Joe's family at this time of great loss.

Many times riding to St Thomas High School with Don and Joe and the Hannah's. Loved to hear him imitate his Dad with his distinctive laugh. We will pray for Joe and his family.

Your kindness will be remembered. I'm blessed to have had you in my life.
