I'm so sorry for the loss of such a great man as Joe! He was also a wonderful Landlord! He was so good to our family when we moved into his rental house next door. I will never forget his awesome Dog Jesse. You lost a great human being, and God gained a beautiful soul! Rest in Peace Joe
