Joseph “Joe Bob” R. Beier Jr., age 30, of Topeka passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2008 in Topeka. He was born March 11, 1978 in Topeka the son of Joseph Robert Beier Sr. and Diane Beier. He grew up in Topeka attending Topeka High School. He was the owner and operator of Graffiti Auto Sales of Topeka. He is survived by his mother, Diane Beier of West Palm Beach, Florida; his father, Joseph Beier of Topeka; his step mother, Tina Beier of Topeka; his fiance, Amber Martindale; five sons, Austin Beier; Alfredo Tiscarenio, Leeland Martindale, Dylan Martindale and Jason Martindale; two daughters, Alexis Tiscarenio and Jasmine Martindale and two sisters, Melissa Beier and Neyl Beier, all of Topeka.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home. He will lie in state from noon – 9:00 p.m. Monday with family visitation from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Joe Beier Childrens Trust Fund and sent in care of the Davidson Funeral Home.
