You will be missed by so many that you've touched with your love, wisdom, strength, jokes, talent and laughter.
It's only goodbye for now. You live on in the memories you've created for everyone that knows and loves you.
But mostly in the legacy of your children and grandchildren. Through them your warmth will comfort, through them you will BE there as life brings them joy. Through them you will always live on.

May the love of family and friends give you the strength to cope with your loss of Joseph Bell. And may the comforting promise found there at 2 Thessalonians 3:16 be of comfort. That "the Lord of peace himself give you peace constantly in every way. May the Lord be with all of you."

What can I say about my uncle? When I was young, he was always my handsome and funny Uncle Joey. I have so many fond memories of my family sitting around the dinner table in West Babylon, eating, singing and laughing. My Uncle was always leading the way with a song, an accent or a quick joke. When he would sing to my grandmother, My Yiddishe Momme, she would always be glowing. When I got older, I learned a little more about his life, realizing he was more than just a pretty face. He would tell me stories about the crew he used to run around with in his youth in Brooklyn and a singing career cut short by circumstance. I was very happy to see him have success in the later years with his Doo Wop group. I remember being there for his first show in that Italian restaurant. My dad was so proud of him. And I was so happy to watch him in front of bigger crowds, belting out his beautiful, big voice. He was never at a loss for words at any holiday or party. But you could always count on him to speak the truth with a Bellucci sarcasm thrown in, just because. Even as his health was failing, he still managed to keep that sense of humor intact, kidding with the nurses. I will miss having him in my home for all the holidays. Sitting by the pool and telling stories while we worked on our tan. The garage sale won't be the same without him selling his treasures at the end of my driveway, complaining that people just won't pay a good price. I feel lucky to have had all these special times together. I guess now he is sharing some jokes with my dad and singing My Yiddishe Momme to light up my grandma's life once again.
