We are so very sorry to hear of Joe's passing. Not only was he a part of my work family...he was part of our family. Peggy took care of our youngest son and they both treated him like one of their own Grandsons. Very wonderful man. Sending our deepest sympathies your way. The Lozadas

Thank you for the kind words from my dad's co-workers! My dad was a GREAT husband to our mom & father to us 6 kids. We ALL miss him SO much, but I can truly say we know he is back with momma! We now know he is being well cared for with his sole mate in life! Love you and miss you dad<3

Thank you for the kind words about our Dad yes he was very proud of his family I remember going to see Dad at lunch at C&D as a child and picking walnuts for Mom to bake with Dad & Mom always took such great pride in us 6 kids we are so very proud & lucky to have them as our parents they both will for ever be in our hearts.And thank you for the pic.

Joe was a prince of a fellow. You the family should be very proud of him, for all the years I worked with Joe at C&D there was no one better than he. He was proud of and always spoke highly of his family. You have my prayers.

As many of you might remember I use to take all the pictures while at C&D Batteries, here is the only picture I found of Joe working at the paste machine (2nd from right) Since I worked from 1964 to 1980 this picture was most likely taken in the late 1970's.....
