Read MoreI first met Joe at a Livingston Arts Council meeting. He had been a big part of why the Arts Council purchased the Howell Opera House. He had a passion for saving the Opera House and came back on the board for several years to help steer us toward a finished theater. He was full of passion and knowledge, things I really appreciated.
