I first met Joe as a volunteer at the Good News Foundation while I was a Program Director there. His rock-solid faith and joy in knowing the Lord was contagious. I will never forget his famous phrase when he would refer to the Lord trying to get his attention about something in his life and how the Lord "had to hit me in the side of the head with a brick" to get his attention. He always had a smile on his face and laughter in his voice to lift you out of the darkness you may have been...

Joe was a wonderful man , I will always picture him smiling and laughing while he played with his grandchildren. we are very sorry for your loss, he will be missed.
