My sincere condolences on the passing of your dad. There was only one Joe Bilinski and he was one of my favorite people. Joe was a dedicated public servant to our community no matter what he did—milk delivery, village superintendent or trustee. He was also one of the favorites with the county health department which is a title rarely given. People gravitated around his personality, his sense of humor and his concern for others. I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Joe. As a young boy he provide me with a solid example of a devoted father and hard working family man. I remember spending many happy hours with the Bilinski family in the 60s. Playing the guitar with Jim, being on the Bilinski Dairy bowling team, generally causing trouble with Gregg (we use to go into the milk cooler to get "warm" in the winter) and my first crush on Sue.
