Joseph Charles "J.C." Bleibtrey, 58, a lifelong resident of Lansing, Michigan, the Manager of the B&B Tap Room for 25 years before going to work at the F.N. Fink Manufacturing Company, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2000, after fighting a courageous battle with cancer. The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, March 31, 2000, 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., with vigil service at 7 p.m., at Palmer-Bush Funeral Homes Lansing Chapel, 520 East Mt. Hope Avenue, Lansing. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, April 1, 2000, 9:30 a.m., at Holy Cross Catholic Church, officiated by the Rev. Father Timothy Byrnes.
