Not sure what to say?

Our condolences to Joe's family for your loss. May you always be comforted knowing he is in the Kingdom of God. We have lost a life long friend. I have known Joe since childhood, living in the same neighborhood, all through school at Shawnee and making the trek to Alvin,TX together when we were 19. I will always remember when I decided to return to Lima. When I told him, he looked at me with that smile of his and said, "Jack, I think I'm gonna stick here for while longer" which turned out to...

RIP brother !

Joe was a great guy. I met him thru my husband's brother, Jack Placie & we all moved to Alvin together. We attended his 1st wedding. Most of us ended up back in Lima but he stayed there. He surprised us a couple of times by stopping by to visit when he was in Lima but it's been a while since we last saw him. He'll be missed. So sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry to hear you have lost Joe. We grew up together playing football and kickball and any other game the bunch of us could play-Joe, Greg P., Denise F., Greg L. and my sisters. I have a lot of memories of Joe and the fun we all had. Sending my prayers to all of his family.

Mr. Joe,

I grew up with Joe being a classmate of ours at Shawnee Elementary, Shawnee Jr. High and Shawnee High School. Joe was a very thoughtful, kind gentle person. My condolences go to his wife, family and so many friends. Rest in Peace Joe.
