We had the pleasure of knowing Joe & little Edgar while they were at Cedar Village. He always greeted us with a smile whether during a service call to his unit or as he & Edgar would be out walking. Truly a kind & caring man. We trust that we will see Joe again one day, but until that day, he is & will be missed. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all.
