Not sure what to say?

To my Pawpaw,
Pawpaw, I can remember being a little kid on Garden drive, and you and Nana coming over, or us going the Lacombe, and for the longest time I thought you didn't even know my name because you just called me "Kid" everytime you saw me. Don't worry, I know it was a term of endearment! I remember Nana sitting at the table on a Sunday morning playing her solitaire, and you reading the Sunday paper, and ya'll would've liked to kill me for the way I ate my breakfast with my hands,...

To my paw-paw,
I am sure you have found nana by now (with a bush in one hand and a smoke in the other) and I hope you both are in peace! I will always and forever hold every memory of you near and dear to my heart. I promise to share all of the wonderful memories of you with my kids and wish with all my heart they could have expierenced them as I did. You will be greatly missed and will always be loved! Rest in peace

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

My Condolences to the Boe family. He will be missed greatly worked with him for menny years at Boh Bros. cont. Ernest Retif and Gail Retif.

My condolences to the Boe and Culotta family. I remember meeting Joe when he married Joan. I was very good friends with Stanley as we grew up on Lafaye Street in Gentilly. Stanley was part of our neighborhood group, but I haven't seen him since the late 50s. I hope he is doing well. So sorry to have read that Joan passed away also. My thoughts and prayers are with both families.

To my Paw-Paw – You will be greatly missed. As the first granddaughter born on your birthday, I have some very special memories. I'm thinking of the many times I spent in Lacombe as a child. You used to tie the boat to the tree for me to row out and fish in the bayou. I remember watching for you to drive up from your day at work and calling out to Nana that you were home. When we would boil (sorry-birl, as you would say) crawfish, you would make them so spicy; we would taste first and love...

I did not know Uncle Joe very well ,but i did experience the kindness and love he showed to my mother-in-law and to
Dodi when they were ill in the hospital. The bond he had with them was amazing. Hopefully he will be having a beer with the LAFAYE BOYS. Love to the family Elva "Sissy'' Lafaye New Orleans La.

So many great memories. There will always be a special place in my heart for you. You will be missed.

We had some wonderful times because of you.
Thanks for being a part of our life.
I know you are with a good bunch now.
I hope there is a Littlewoods in heaven.
God bless you Uncle.
Love,
Rosalyn and Bob
