Joseph H. Bourdon III

As a project engineer for the Baltimore City Public Works, I first met Mr. Bourdon in the mid-1980's when he was in charge of the design of the Chlorination/Declorination Facility for the Back River Waste Water Treatment Plant. At that time he worked for Kidde Consultants (now KCI Technologies). I was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and gentlemanly manner. He was genuinely interested in people from a personal standpoint and we developed a friendship that I will never forget. ...

I met Joe when I began working at Whitman, Requardt and Associates following Graduation from Baltimore Polytechnis Institute in 1978. Joe had always treated me fairly and was instrumental and very helpful in advancing my career. I am forever grateful for his guidance. My thoughts and prayers go out for him.

I met Joe at JMT,as a fellow co-worker he was a really nice guy to talk to. During our talks he always talk about his old working days at Whitman Requardt Associates. One day he decided to visit Whitman R. as the Co's Messenger I took him down to the place..After comming back to JMT he was smiling all day..I guess he really enjoy his visit to his former company..
