Dear Mrs. Bova & Christina:
I first remember Joe when he umpired my softball games in the 70's and 80's. I then was fortunate to work in the Comptroller's Office when he was the Manager of the Municipal Garage. I will never forget him. Several of my brothers and sisters also knew Joe. We will all miss him. My condolences to your entire family.

Joe was my boss for a short period of time, he wasn't just my boss we became friends. Joe was one of those rare type of individuals who would do anything in the world for you. Joe has been a great friend of mine since 1960, and will continue to be.
I have many, many great memories of Joe and will always have them to recall our friendship.
Joe and myself played softball together.
We went to the Club Imperial. He loved to dance.
We were in the same car in an auto accident.
