Not sure what to say?

Dear Chrissy,
I am so sorry to hear about your dad. I can remember him picking you up from Day Care, never without a stogie and smile. Please give my heartfelt condolences to your family.
lovingly yours, Margherita

I was fortunate to know Joe when I worked for the City of St. Louis in the 1980's and 19990's. He was a friendly and good man proud of his Italian heritage. May he rest in eternal peace.

Dear Mrs. Bova & Christina:

I first remember Joe when he umpired my softball games in the 70's and 80's. I then was fortunate to work in the Comptroller's Office when he was the Manager of the Municipal Garage. I will never forget him. Several of my brothers and sisters also knew Joe. We will all miss him. My condolences to your entire family.

I would first like to send my deepest condolences to the Bova family.I first got to know Joe Bova back in 1989 in the street dept. Joe was my boss for a short period of time, he wasn't just my boss we became friends. Joe was one of those rare type of individuals who would do anything in the world for you. One of the nicest, caring, people you would ever want to meet. Joe was a riot to be around with his jokes and conversation, he always knew how to lift your spirits when you were down. He...

To the entire Bova family, I would like to express my deepest sympathies.
Joe has been a great friend of mine since 1960, and will continue to be.
I have many, many great memories of Joe and will always have them to recall our friendship.
Joe and myself played softball together.
We went to the Club Imperial. He loved to dance.
We were in the same car in an auto accident.
Joe would call the high school for me and tell them he was my father and I would have to come home....
