Not sure what to say?

He was my first OBGYN. He was so tender and yet so funny. I still remember his asking if I wanted children. That haunts me to this day. I wish I could have more babies. I was too hesitant.

Dear Boveri Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sorrow. I was one of Dr. B's first patients after he left the Army. He delivered two of my children who are now 37 and 33. Dr. B helped me through my troubled pregnancies. I will always remember his kindness, concern and consideration. His wit always kept my spirits up. Dr. Boveri was the best!! He has a very special place in heaven and in the hearts of those he touched. God's blessings to all of your family.

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Dear Boveri Family,

Our family was so very saddened so hear of Dr. Joe's passing. He literally touched generations in our family. I became his patient at age 15. He delivered our twins 28 years ago. I had complications throught the pregnancy and was on bedrest most of the time. Dr. Joe would call me (or have the staff call) to make sure I was home and behaving. Since then, son's Lawrence and Steven have delivered my third child who is now 7 and my grandson who will be 4 this year. ...

Dear Margaret and family,
You are in the thoughts and prayers of our family at this difficult time.
In loving sympathy,
Angie Adams (Cornerstone), Jamie, Renae, Andrea, Eva & Tess

To the Boveri Family,

We find comfort in realizing that no one especially Dr. Joe, whom we truly have loved, is ever lost to us. We carry him with us in our hearts and in our thoughts. We dream his dreams and uphold his ideals. He remains a part of all we dare and all we do. And he will live on in the ideas and values, preferences and pleasure which he imparted to us.

My two sons (1978 and 1984) were gifts from God but Dr. Joe was God's hands! What a wonderful angel!

Deepest Sympathy to the family of Dr. Joseph Boveri. He delivered my 3rd and 4th children in 1974 and 1978 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Kirkwood. He also delivered my niece. He was a people person who could really make his patients feel at ease.

He was my first ob-gyn...what a kind man he was.

To Lawrence-So sorry to hear about your dad. I started seeing him when I was 18 and joined many of the women in my family as a regular patient. He was also the doctor who delivered 2 of my 3 girls ( you delivered the 3rd.). He was always so funny and made me feel comfortable even when I was nervous. I remember when I was at St. Joe's to have my middle daughter, he went to take a nap while my epideral was getting started, when he came back, he wanted to know how I was feeling. I said great, I...
